Return & Refund Policy

We offer within  15 days after you received your item(s) - Which means we will refund your money if your items are broken within 15 calendar days after you received your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.  

If after 5 business days you still don't see your refund please check directly with your bank, credit card company or PayPal. 

Depending on your bank's policies, refunds can sometimes take up to 3-7 business days

We do not accept returns if the reason is not damaged/defective.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!

I would like to get a refund.. What should i do?

Body: Attach clear photos that show the damage

We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 15 calendar days since the product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.

 

What are the requirements for refund?

 Requirements for Refund:

  • Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE that shows that the items we sent were defective.
  • Refund request without VIDEO will not be Entertained as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
  • Refund process will take up to 2 weeks progression for verification purposes.
  • Shipping Fees will not be refunded back to customers as we shipped the item out.
  • Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defective items.
  • Full Refund if the parcel does not deliver within our promised delivery time frame.

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is damaged within 15 calendar days. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@bestfindshop.com and provide proof of damage whether via image or videos.
